Job summary

Johns Hopkins University’s Hopkins Bloomberg Center is seeking a Sr. Technical Support Analyst to provide premier technical assistance to faculty, students, and guests.

You will support classroom technology and event venues, ensuring reliable operation and a high-quality user experience for teaching, learning, and special events. Qualifications

• High school diploma or graduation equivalent.
• Three years of related experience, including help desk or comparable IT client service.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience per the JHU equivalency formula.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to faculty, students, and guests.
• Install, configure, and maintain end user devices and software.
• Manage and track service requests and resolve Level 1 and 2 issues.
• Assist with classroom, computer lab, and conference room technology.
• Deliver training and create documentation.
