Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead complex, mission-critical IT capabilities inside secure environments. You will bridge program management, architecture, security compliance, and governance across multiple teams and partners.

You will drive end-to-end program delivery, coordinate requirements across NSS teams, manage roadmaps and budgets, and deliver dashboards for executives. Expect on-site SCIF work and ongoing after-hours collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance (top secret) is required or current
• Experience managing complex IT programs in secure environments
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical execution
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and vendors

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for classified IT programs
• Coordinate requirements across NSS teams and partners
• Develop and govern program roadmaps, budgets, and metrics
• Design dashboards for health, schedule, and cost reporting
• Manage vendor relations and procurement processes
• Oversee asset management and demand forecasting
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation
• Prepare executive briefings and strategy comms
