Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Classified Cloud & Platform Engineer to design, modernize, and secure systems for classified computing environments. You will work across DoD IL5+ contexts, build secure hybrid connectivity, and collaborate with ISSMs, ISSOs, and Cybersecurity to sustain mission-critical operations.

You will implement IaC, automate provisioning, and harden endpoints in air-gapped environments, ensuring governance and RMF/DAAPM compliance across Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
• DoD 8140 compliant cybersecurity qualification where applicable.
• Hands-on experience with classified or air-gapped systems.
• Experience with JSIG, RMF, and DAAPM requirements.
• Strong Windows and Linux administration skills.
• Experience with DoD IL5+ environments and secure connectivity.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and IaC (Terraform/Ansible).
• Understanding of identity management and least-privilege principles.

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, modernize, and sustain classified cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infra.
• Engineer gov cloud infra including DoD IL5+ environments.
• Develop IaC and automation using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, or Python.
• Design and deploy Windows and Linux systems and VDI.
• Establish hardened images, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Work with ISSMs/ISSOs, Cybersecurity, and other teams for RMF/DAAPM.
• Set engineering standards for change control and monitoring.
• Collaborate on modernization roadmap with cross-functional teams.
