Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Classified Platform Engineer to lead a classified software team building a virtual desktop and policy-controlled storage gateway. You will own architecture, interfaces, and the DevSecOps path to production for air-gapped environments.

You will work with Cybersecurity, Systems, and Infrastructure teams, delivering to accredited environments, and you will help set engineering standards for a growing platform capable of multi-level security for DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Experiences shipping production web apps with React/TS and complex operator workflows.
• Experience building backend services in Go.
• Experience designing relational databases and migrations.
• Proficient with containerization and Kubernetes, and with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Linux OS (RHEL/Ubuntu/Rocky).
• Led technical work, reviewed designs, and mentored engineers.
• Eligible to obtain/maintain US Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture of the classified software portfolio and set engineering standards.
• Build production web apps in React and Go that run air-gapped in classified environments.
• Develop and manage S3 storage APIs and policies.
• Design interfaces and data stores for authorization decisions, audit records, and app state.
• Lead DevSecOps path to production with containerization, Kubernetes, and GitOps pipelines.
• Decompose multi-quarter work, review code, and grow a growing team.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, PM, and stakeholders to deliver on time and budget.
