Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Classified Cloud & Platform Engineer to design, modernize, secure, and sustain classified computing environments including IL5+ gov clouds and on‑prem systems. The role focuses on secure hybrid connectivity, automation, and operating in air‑gapped environments with ISSMs, ISSOs, and Cybersecurity teams.

You will craft IaC using Terraform/Ansible, manage Windows and Linux platforms, and ensure compliance through RMF/DAAPM, DISA STIGs, and vulnerability remediation.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to obtain/maintain TS/SCI clearance.
• DoD 8140 compliant cybersecurity workforce qualification requirements.
• Hands-on experience with classified/air-gapped gov environments.
• Experience with JSIG, RMF/DAAPM requirements.
• Strong Windows/Linux admin, virtualization, storage, and core infra services.
• Experience with government cloud or hybrid infra including DoD IL5+ environments.
• Experience with system hardening, DISA STIGs, patch management, and security controls.
• IaC and automation with Terraform/Ansible; scripting in PowerShell, Python.

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, modernize, and sustain classified cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
• Engineer government cloud infra, implement secure connectivity and segmentation.
• Develop IaC, automation, and configuration management for restricted environments.
• Design, deploy, and sustain Windows/Linux systems and VDI solutions.
• Establish hardened images, baselines, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Coordinate with ISSMs/ISSOs and cybersecurity teams for RMF/DAAPM.
• Set up change control, CM, monitoring, logging, and incident response.
