Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Classified Cloud & Platform Engineer to design, modernize, secure, and sustain systems and infrastructure for classified computing environments, including IL5+ and air‑gapped setups. You will collaborate with ISSMs, ISSOs, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, and Software teams to deliver secure platforms while meeting RMF/DAAPM requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
• DoD 8140 compliant cybersecurity workforce qualification relevant to role
• Hands-on experience with classified, air-gapped or restricted systems
• Experience with JSIG, RMF/DAAPM requirements
• Proficient in Windows and Linux administration, virtualization, and core infra services
• Experience with DoD IL5+ environments or classified cloud
• Experience with infrastructure automation and IaC (Terraform/Ansible) and scripting
• Strong networking fundamentals and secure access concepts
• Ability to document decisions and collaborate with security stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, modernize, and sustain classified cloud, hybrid, and on-prem infrastructure
• Engineer government cloud infrastructure in IL5+ environments with secure connectivity
• Develop IaC, automation, and configuration management across restricted environments
• Design and sustain Windows/Linux systems, VDI, remote access, and related components
• Establish hardened images, baselines, patching, and vulnerability remediation
• Work with ISSMs/ISSOs and cybersecurity teams through JSIG or RMF/DAAPM processes
• Set change control, configuration management, monitoring, logging, and incident response standards
• Collaborate with networks, software, cybersecurity, and program teams to modernization roadmap
