Job summary

State of Washington's Monroe Correctional Complex seeks a Classification Counselor 3 to supervise and mentor staff, manage caseloads of incarcerated individuals, and maintain comprehensive documentation. The CC3 reports to a unit manager and coordinates with internal and external partners to support re-entry and community safety.

The role requires strong written and data-analysis skills, ability to handle complex caseloads, and proficiency with case management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with two years of professional counseling or casework experience.
