Job summary

State of Washington in Tacoma, WA, is seeking a Corrections Specialist 3 (CS3) through an internal transfer. This full-time position supports Graduated Reentry Section 4 and reports to the unit supervisor, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule.

Minimum qualifications include four years as a Community Corrections Officer, a CHEA-accredited bachelor’s degree, and three years of professional case management experience with at least three listed responsibilities. Internal candidates only.

Qualifications

• Four years' experience as a Community Corrections Officer.
• Bachelor’s degree from CHEA-recognized institution.
• Three years of professional case management experience in corrections with at least three duties.
• Seven years of combined qualifying experience and education.
