ManpowerGroup is seeking a Superintendent – Class A Commercial Tenant Improvements in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead field operations, coordinate construction activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The role requires hands-on field leadership, strong client interaction, and experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office tools. This position offers ESOP and comprehensive benefits within a growing, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• 8 years of Class A TI Superintendent experience required.
• High school diploma required.
• Procore experience required.
• Excel and Outlook knowledge required.
• Ability to mark plans in Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain construction schedules, identifying and solving problems as needed.
• Direct all field personnel and activities in accordance with project schedules through completion of final punch lists.
• Ensure the highest quality workmanship is provided.
• Order materials and schedule necessary inspections.
• Promote jobsite safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify jobsite hazards.
