Experis Technology Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Superintendent for Class A commercial TI projects. You will oversee field operations, coordinate activities, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

This hands-on role requires 8 years TI Superintendent experience and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel, and Outlook, along with strong client and subcontractor communication.

Qualifications

Job Title: Superintendent - Class A Commercial Tenant Improvements

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Base Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 annually

Our client is an established, 100% employee owned general contractor specializing in commercial interior construction, tenant improvements, and renovation projects. The company is expanding its presence in the Phoenix market and is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations, coordinate construction activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is an opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys being hands on in the field, leading project teams, and building strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

You will be the primary point of contact on the jobsite - a liaison between our client, building management, internal project teams, and subcontractors on field activities. You will be responsible for coordinating all site construction activities, supervising field personnel, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Forge industry relationships

You will interact with your industry contacts from a supervisory position - not only with your fellow construction professionals, but with clients, architects, construction managers, brokers, property managers, and subcontractors. You will conduct yourself professionally and confidently as a representative of the company.

What will you be doing?

Our client's Superintendents are on the ground, directing operations at all sizes of jobsites. You will have a finger on the pulse of project progress, anticipating shifting circumstances in the field and ensuring completion of projects in a safe and timely manner. Your progress in the field will be communicated to the client and company leadership. Our teams use a variety of tools, such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft platforms to keep them on the cutting edge of construction management. Additionally, you will interact with professionals from all levels of the industry and, most importantly, clients.

As Superintendent, you will serve in the following areas:

• Establish and maintain construction schedules, identifying and solving problems as needed.
