Qualifications

• Associate in Claims, CPCU or other industry related studies.

• Supervises claims adjusters and technical support staff to manage day-to-day handling and settlement of claims.
• Oversees processing and tracking of documents, making payments and tracking trends.
• Communicates with underwriting and ensures procedures and priorities are followed.
