Qualifications

• 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Associate in Claims, CPCU or other industry related studies.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day-to-day activities of the claims handling unit; oversees investigation of insurance claims.
• Oversees compliance with corporate claims procedures and budgets.
• Ensures department targets for customer service quality and priorities are met.
• Participates in hiring, training, evaluation and development of the claims staff.
