Job summary

Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a Tokio Marine Group member, is seeking a Claims Supervisor II - Commercial Auto - BI to join our team in Plano, TX. The role leads claims adjusters and staff, oversees investigations, and ensures adherence to claims procedures while supporting budget and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• 10 plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate in Claims, CPCU or other industry related studies.
• Experience with Windows operating system.
• Basic Word processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises claims adjusters and technical support staff to manage day-to-day handling and settlement of claims.
• Oversees investigation of insurance claims.
• Ensures adherence to corporate claims handling procedures and priorities; meets budget and productivity targets.
• Participates in hiring, training, evaluation and development of claims staff.
