Job summary

Kore Insurance Holdings, LLC seeks a experienced Claim Specialist to manage end-to-end claims processes for diverse lines, including high-net-worth personal lines. You will deliver timely, accurate outcomes while collaborating with carriers and internal teams.

Frontline performance, organizational skills, and a client-centric approach are essential, with occasional travel and after-hours work as needed. This role offers hybrid scheduling with 1-day WFH.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in relevant claims handling.
• Proficiency in Applied Epic strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours when necessary to support claim activity.
• Must manage competing demands and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the claims process for all assigned responsibilities with a sense of urgency.
• Identify and address moderate to intermediate coverage issues.
• Perform Desk Reviews/Large Loss Reviews and coordinate claim reviews.
• Document facts, liability, damages, and renewal status in EPIC with Best Practices.
• Coordinate carrier-led and Kore-led claim reviews.
• Maintain documentation and build client relationships with oversight from Director.
• Support the Director with ad hoc projects.
• Assist with other related duties to support departmental objectives.
