Job summary

Marsden Services is seeking a senior leader to direct and continuously improve company-wide Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Auto, and leave programs. You will optimize return-to-work policies and oversee vendor relationships to minimize absenteeism and financial impact.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management or related field, 8+ years of experience with GL/Auto/WC statutes, and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management, industrial relations, Human Resources or other related field.
• Eight plus years related experience working with applicable laws, policies and statutes governing GL, Auto, and Workers' Compensation programs.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to multiple levels of management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of Casualty Lines of Insurance Claims (50%): Directs GL, Auto, and Workers' Compensation program and manages TPA/vendor relationships and expenditures per policy.
• Claims Review: Conducts action-oriented quarterly claim reviews with TPA, Risk Management leadership, and broker.
• Claims Management: Manage the life cycle of claims from intake to resolution.
• Internal and OSHA reporting/compliance (15%): Ensure OSHA reporting and compliance.
• Vendor Management (10%): Oversee TPAs, auditors, and performance improvement.
• Restricted Duty/RTW Program (10%): Develops and oversees light duty/RTW programs in line with statutes.
• Relationship Management & Training (10%): Create training programs and support HR, Legal, and external parties.
