The role reports to AVP/VP/SVP of Claims, requiring CA Labor Code knowledge, strong leadership, and strategic thinking. Hybrid work arrangement with collaborative teams and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of progressive claim experience.
• Ability to provide guidance on complex claim cases and settlements.
• Strong knowledge of California Labor Code related to workers' comp.
