Job summary

SiriusPoint is seeking a seasoned Claims Operations Manager to drive the efficiency and quality of our claims function in a complex, multinational environment. You will coordinate with Claims, Finance, Actuarial, and IT to ensure governance, MI reporting, and transformation initiatives are delivered effectively.

The role emphasizes process design, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with responsibilities spanning controls, performance metrics, and regulatory support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in claims operations, claims management or insurance operations.
• Strong understanding of the commercial insurance claims lifecycle across complex environments.
• Experience supporting operational performance management, MI reporting, governance routines, audit activity, process improvement and control frameworks.
• Proven experience working with claims systems, workflow tools, reporting platforms and operational data sets.
• Experience contributing to change programmes, process redesign, automation or system enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Operational management: support day-to-day running of the Claims Operations function across business lines.
• Process ownership and improvement: maintain and improve claims operating procedures to simplify workflows and improve controls.
• Performance reporting: produce claims MI, dashboards and KPI reporting including cycle times and reserving indicators.
• Governance and controls: support audit readiness, control testing, QA activity and remediation tracking.
• Stakeholder coordination: liaise between Claims, Finance, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Legal, IT and external partners.
• Data and systems support: maintain data quality across claims platforms and reporting tools; support testing and changes.
• Vendor and third-party oversight: monitor TPAs, loss adjusters, legal providers and service partners.
• Regulatory and audit support: ensure compliance with policies and regulatory expectations; audit requests.
• Change delivery: contribute to transformation initiatives including automation and reporting enhancements.
