Job summary

SiriusPoint is seeking a Claims Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve processes, and drive governance across claims platforms and partners. You’ll work with Finance, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Legal and IT to ensure high‑quality, timely outputs.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in claims operations, strong data analytics, and experience with Power BI and Excel. A collaborative, proactive approach and cross‑functional leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in claims operations or insurance operations.
• Strong understanding of the commercial insurance claims lifecycle across markets (London Market, Lloyd’s, multinational).
• Experience supporting operational performance management, MI reporting, governance routines, audit activity, process improvement and control frameworks.
• Proven experience with claims systems, workflow tools, reporting platforms and operational data sets.
• Experience coordinating across Claims, Finance, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Legal and Technology teams.
• Exposure to third‑party claims service providers such as TPAs, loss adjusters, legal firms or outsourced teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day running of the Claims Operations function, ensuring service standards across business lines.
• Maintain and improve claims operating procedures, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows and strengthen controls.
• Produce and interpret claims MI, dashboards and KPI reporting covering volumes, cycle times and aging.
• Support governance, audit readiness, control testing, and timely closure of actions.
• Act as a liaison between Claims, Finance, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Legal, IT and external partners.
