Formación

• At least 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years litigating or managing dental/professional liability claims.

Responsabilidades

• Complete accurate and timely investigations into the coverage, liability, and damages for each claim assigned to you.
• Actively manage each claim assigned to you to achieve timely and cost-effective resolution.
• Build and maintain relationships with policyholders, brokers, carrier partners, and Risk Engineers.
• Direct and monitor assignments to experts and outside counsel, and hold vendors accountable for service standards.
• Support data collection efforts and use the Counterpart claim system to capture critical details.
• Identify insights into emerging claims trends across industries and geographies.
• Provide user-level feedback to improve claim handling processes, guidelines, and systems.
• Ensure every touchpoint with insureds and brokers reflects our brand and mission.
