You will partner with the Claims Director on strategy, manage reserves, and coordinate with carriers, TPAs, and defense counsel while maintaining company standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data and summarize findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Claims Associates, including workload assignment and performance management.
• Review and approve claim files within delegated authority; escalate as needed.
• Set reserves and monitor loss exposure; coordinate with carriers, TPAs, and defense counsel.
