Job summary

A leading insurance company is seeking an experienced professional to manage commercial and financial claims, including D&O and E&O. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in insurance or law, possess a Juris Doctor degree, and be skilled in communication and negotiation. Responsibilities include evaluating claims, collaborating with external partners, and complying with statutory regulations. The position requires the ability to work onsite four days a week and maintain insurance licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 to 10 years experience at either a specialty insurance carrier and/or law firm.
• Significant public/private D&O, E&O, or EPL experience.
• Candidates will be required to obtain and maintain insurance adjuster licenses.
• Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee various insurance claims.
• Provide customer service through all communications.
• Review and evaluate policies to determine coverage.
• Work collaboratively with outside counsel and other business partners.
