Responsibilities

• Analyzes coverage and communicates coverage positions.
• Conducts and directs investigation into loss facts and damages.
• Confirms coverage by reviewing policies and submitted documents.
• Coordinates loss information for stakeholders; presents findings.
• Delivers technical training to colleagues and external contacts.
• Monitors assignments to experts and outside counsel; manages vendor relations.
