Network Adjusters, Inc. is seeking experienced Claims Examiners to join our third-party admin team in a file review role.

This desk-based position reports directly to executive management and is ideal for professionals who thrive on complex claims, strategic problem-solving, and driving resolution. Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial bodily injury claims handling experience, including litigation.
• Experience with reviewing high-exposure, complex claims and drafting actionable feedback for leadership.
• Active state adjusting licenses (e.g., TX/FL required; NY licensure could be pursued within 90 days) and strong knowledge of case law and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage by reviewing policies, claim forms, and supporting documentation
• Handle complex commercial and bodily injury claims, including in-depth file reviews and settlement negotiations
• Communicate and collaborate with carriers, attorneys, claimants, and internal stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle
• Prepare management and client reports, identifying claim trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
