Job summary

The Doctors Company is seeking an energetic, bright Executive Assistant to join the Region II Claims Team at our East Lansing, MI or Napa, CA offices. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage high-priority projects while interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.

You will support three AVPs and VP of Claims, manage SharePoint sites, calendars, travel, and budgets, and help drive process improvements using AI tools and new

Qualifications

• At least three years in a support or business support role.
• Strong interpersonal skills including communication and listening.
• Excellent verbal and written skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage calendars across leaders.
• Demonstrate judgment and influence management skills.
• Proactive approach to business needs and learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provides general administrative support to AVPs and VP of Claims.
• Manage and enhance department SharePoint Site.
• Schedules meetings and monitors leaders' availability.
• Prepares expense reports and assists with budget processes.
• Coordinates department events including annual in-person meeting.
• Attends meetings and distributes materials to stakeholders.
• Maintains key documents and materials for executive activities.
• Supports budget reconciliation and external payments.
