Job summary

Cemex US is seeking a Senior Claims Analyst to manage Workers’ Compensation, Auto Liability and General Liability claims across regions. The role focuses on effective reserves, settlements, and collaboration with Legal and safety teams to optimize outcomes.

You will guide the Claims Manager, oversee a TPA adjuster, monitor trends, and drive cost savings while coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of risk management and claims experience, ideally in-house, broker, insurer, or TPA.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the TPA Adjuster.
• Evaluate claim reserves and settlements with support for decisions.
• Monitor and review open claims regularly.
• Coordinate return to work with business unit.
• Report and analyze claim trends.
• Coordinate parties in catastrophic events.
• Conduct claim reviews and audits.
• Liaise with Legal Counsel on complex claims.
• Ensure adequate reserves for claim exposure.
• Pursue timely settlements and cost savings.
