Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking a Claims Administrator to manage workers’ compensation and auto liability claims. You will oversee the full lifecycle of WC claims, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with HR and medical providers, and supporting safety initiatives to maintain a safe work environment.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, problem solving, and organizational skills, with experience in administering WC claims and a collaborative approach across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 3+ years in workers’ comp claims administration and safety support.
• Familiarity with OSHA reporting and safety compliance standards preferred.
• Experience with internal admins, TPA, and insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and manage WC claims from start to finish, including reporting and closure.
• Investigate incidents and determine validity of claims.
• Ensure compliance with WC laws, regulations, and policies.
• Coordinate with employees, supervisors, HR Benefits, medical providers, and others.
• Maintain accurate records and support return-to-work programs.
• Track costs and prepare claim documentation for settlements.
