Responsibilities

• Complete accurate investigations and evaluations on complex casualty and environmental claims.
• Make coverage determinations and draft written positions.
• Investigate, analyze, document, manage, and resolve assigned claims.
• Set and manage reserves and coordinate with litigation teams.
• Represent the company in meetings, mediation, and trials.
