Qualifications

• Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling.
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree OR
• Four years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex/high-risk injury claims.
• Consult with police, medical professionals, claimants, and attorneys about coverage and liability.
• Determine claim value and coordination of settlements.
• Assist with discovery tools and litigation steps when needed.
