Job summary

Role requires a Bachelor's degree, SIP certification, and at least five years of indemnity claim experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and SIP certification; seven years related experience.
• Must have minimum five years handling indemnity cases including subrogation and medical management.

Responsibilities

• Perform three-point contact on all new losses within 24 hours of receipt.
• Document ongoing case facts for compensability, disability payments, and payments.
• Maintain up-to-date plan of action for indemnity claims.
• Partner with medical case manager to maximize early return to work.
