Responsibilities include timely contact, evidence gathering for compensability, and collaboration with medical case managers to support early return to work, with a focus on California Labor Code compliance and effective claims resolution.

• Perform a three-point contact on all new losses within 24 hours of receipt.
• Gather evidence on case facts to establish compensability and disability needs.

• Partner with medical case manager to maximize early return-to-work potential.
• Initiate referrals to SIU for suspected fraud and pursue subrogation where appropriate.
