Job summary

Arbella is hiring a Claim Manager - Analytics to lead the Claim Analytics and Workforce Management functions in a data-driven, customer-focused environment. You will oversee dashboards, performance reporting, and cross-functional insights across claims and operations.

The role requires strong leadership, proven analytics experience in insurance, and the ability to partner with Finance, Actuarial, and IT to drive improvements in service levels and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Masters degree preferred with strong analytics background.
• Experience leading analytics and workforce management in insurance claims or finance.
• Proven ability to develop reports and dashboards for business users.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Claim Analytics and Workforce Management teams.
• Partner with business owners to develop analyses of operational trends.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reports to Finance and other stakeholders.
• Coach and develop staff while ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments on data governance and system changes.
