Job summary

Advanced Exterior Systems, LLC in Nashville, TN seeks a Senior Salesperson/Estimator to drive revenue by building strong relationships with General Contractors and Architects, prepare complete cost estimates for cladding projects, and lead proposals from concept through award.

The role emphasizes knowledge of architectural cladding designs, building envelopes, and coordination with field teams to ensure accurate, timely bids and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of construction techniques, sequencing and scheduling.
• Ability to work well under pressure; proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Cladding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with General Contractors and Architects.
• Develop and present building estimates for cladding and façades.
• Interpret contract documents and blueprints for cost breakdowns.
• Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
• Provide guidance to project teams including engineers and contractors.
• Negotiate and manage contract arrangements and procurement rules.
