Job summary

Advanced Exterior Systems in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Salesperson / Estimator to develop and present proposals for cladding and related building envelope systems. The role focuses on building relationships with General Contractors and Architects, using contract documents to estimate labor, material, equipment and other costs.

You will analyze drawings, advise on design implications, and guide projects through procurement and contracting while maintaining industry knowledge of cladding

Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of construction techniques, sequencing and scheduling.
• Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Cladding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with General Contractors and Architects.
• Prepare building estimates for cladding, façade and building envelope systems.
• Develop and present proposals based on contract documents.
• Communicate effectively as part of a team and negotiate.
• Understand building codes and procurement rules.
