Job summary

Advanced Exterior Systems in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Salesperson/Estimator to build relationships with General Contractors and Architects and to develop comprehensive cost proposals for cladding and related systems. The role focuses on preparing estimates from contract documents and presenting proposals to win projects.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of cladding systems, architectural designs, and strong negotiation skills, with a proven sales track record in construction

Qualifications

Prior knowledge of construction techniques, sequencing and scheduling.
Ability to work well under pressure, skill in the use of computers and all Microsoft Office products.
Cladding experience preferred

Responsibilities

Build relationships with General Contractors and Architects.
Develop and present building estimates for cladding, façade and building envelope systems.
Prepare complete cost proposals including labor, material, equipment, and complements.
Interpret schematic plans, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Provide technical guidance to architects and engineers.
