Advanced Exterior Systems in Nashville, TN seeks a Senior Salesperson/Estimator to drive growth in our high-end cladding projects. You will be challenged and supported by a team that values ownership and quality workmanship.

The role focuses on building relationships with General Contractors and Architects, developing accurate cost estimates for labor, material, and equipment, and presenting persuasive proposals to win bids.

Qualifications

• Construction techniques and scheduling knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Cladding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with General Contractors and Architects.
• Prepare complete job cost estimates including labor, material, and equipment.
• Develop and present proposals based on contract documents.
• Understand building codes and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors as needed.
