Advanced Exterior Systems, Llc is seeking a Senior Salesperson/Estimator to join our team in Charlotte, NC, focusing on building relationships with General Contractors and Architects and delivering complete cost estimates from contract documents.

You will develop and present proposals for cladding, façades, and building envelope systems, including ACM/MCM panels and metal panel systems, while guiding projects through bid and procurement phases.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial high-end cladding sales preferred.
• Ability to read plans and prepare estimates from contract documents.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build estimates for cladding and building envelope systems.
• Develop and present proposals to general contractors and architects.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Coordinate with project teams to support bids and proposals.
