Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and implement project drawings, specifications, contracts, and civil construction plans.
• Direct and supervise daily field operations for civil construction projects.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and vendors for efficient execution.
• Develop, maintain, and manage three-week and six-week look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor project production rates and implement corrective actions to meet schedule and budget objectives.
• Lead earthwork, grading, excavation, trenching, underground utility installation, drainage, paving prep, and concrete activities.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality, safety, and compliance with specs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company EH&S policies.
• Lead daily planning, safety meetings, and toolbox talks.
