Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Civil Superintendent to oversee and manage all civil construction activities on energy services projects. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, maintaining quality standards on long-term projects in Sherman, TX.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years in a supervisory civil role, with a proven track record managing diverse projects, strong blueprint reading skills, and a deep knowledge of safety practices in industrial

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in civil superintendent or similar supervisory role in energy services or heavy civil construction.
• Proven track record managing civil projects of varying sizes and complexities.
• Thorough understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial/energy environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate civil construction activities on assigned projects.
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and site personnel to maintain safety and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to plans, specifications, drawings, and codes/regulations.
• Implement safety policies, conduct meetings and inspections.
• Manage schedules, resources, and equipment to meet deadlines.
• Maintain daily reports, progress logs, and required documentation.
• Conduct quality control inspections to meet standards.
• Assist with material procurement and inventory management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site construction problems.
