Job summary

Hargrove is seeking a Structural Engineering Resource Leader to supervise a team of engineers and provide technical direction for civil/structural deliverables in the Beaumont office.

Requires a BS or MS in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and professional registration is preferred; you will manage scope, budget, schedule and quality while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university is required.
• Structural coursework is required for structural positions.
• Registration: Professional Engineering registration is highly preferred.
• Requires 10 or more years of relevant industrial experience in civil/structural engineering and management.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve civil/structural deliverables.
• Validation of professional services and construction estimates; track changes.
• Perform engineering activities such as stress analysis, material procurement specifications, calculations and estimates.
• Develop conceptual layouts and cost studies to determine efficient approaches.
• Lead project teams and manage scope, schedule and budget.
