Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in Beaumont, TX seeks a Structural Engineering Resource Leader to supervise a civil/structural team and deliver project work on time and within budget. This role requires extensive experience and leadership to guide design, analysis, and drawing production across disciplines.

You will oversee cost, schedule, quality, and client communications, develop design criteria, and mentor staff while ensuring compliance with codes.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering registration is highly preferred.
• Requires 10+ years of relevant civil/structural engineering and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve civil/structural deliverables.
• Provide technical direction and supervision of engineering staff.
• Manage cost control, scheduling and quality for projects.
• Develop design criteria and scope for projects.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with disciplines.
