Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors seeks a Structural Engineering Resource Leader in the Beaumont office. You will supervise a team of engineers, provide technical direction, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of civil/structural deliverables meeting quality standards.

Role requires 10+ years in civil/structural engineering with strong knowledge of codes, materials, and estimating. PE registration is highly preferred and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Structural coursework required for structural positions.
• Registration: Professional Engineering registration highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical direction for civil/structural deliverables.
• Review and approve all civil/structural deliverables.
• Develop design criteria and scope for projects.
• Produce calculations and sketches for materials of construction.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with other disciplines.
