Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Licensed P.E. with NCEES registration is required.
• 7+ years of civil/structural engineering experience, preferably with residential or commercial properties.
• Strong travel ability and driving license are required.
• Ability to interpret building codes relevant to the scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings and structures.
• Perform structural analysis and hazard assessments on materials and components.
• Prepare repair or replacement cost estimates.
• Provide expert testimony and collaborate with clients and professionals.
• Lead site visits, gather field data, and manage case budgets and deliverables.
• Maintain weekly case status updates and ensure timely report issuance.
