Job summary

Bechtel seeks a Civil Construction Superintendent to provide field leadership for a major project, overseeing enabling works, earthworks, foundations, and utilities. You will coordinate with Field Engineering, Project Controls, ES&H, QA/QC, Logistics, and Commissioning to hit milestones.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience in large EPC projects, with strong civil construction knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 10–13 years of relevant experience, or 14–17 years if applicable.
• Experience with large EPC industrial or power projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and direct hire crews.
• Familiarity with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and turnover planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise craft activities and area supervisors.
• Schedule work and review progress across fronts.
• Coordinate workforce requirements and area operational plans.
• Oversee tool and equipment usage on site.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Interface with engineering, logistics, and commissioning teams.
