The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams through all asset lifecycle phases.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex construction projects in energy, chemicals, or resources.
• Strong leadership and independent decision-making across multiple disciplines.
• Deep knowledge of construction planning, safety, and regulatory considerations.
• Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders and present technical content.
• Analytical skills and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from initiation to completion, aligned with objectives and sustainability goals.
• Understand customer requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams across asset lifecycle phases and programs.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation with environmental, financial, and social considerations.
• Prepare and deliver project documentation, reports, schedules, proposals, and presentations.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across construction activities.
