Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Planning, or related discipline.
• 6+ years managing projects and client relationships.
• PE or related professional license preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects from scope through completion.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate with attorneys, contractors, municipalities, and stakeholders.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
• Coordinate permitting and professional services across internal teams and external consultants.
• Support business development and build long-term client relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior staff with guidance.
