Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Project Manager to join our Civil/Site team in Jacksonville, FL. The PM will lead project management, staff supervision, and client relations for civil engineering design tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and invoicing, within AutoCAD and Civil 3D environments.

The role requires a PE license and 8+ years of land development design experience, with strong communication and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of Land Development Design experience.
• PE license is required.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Familiarity with local land use processes and regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Land Development Design, Stormwater Management, Water and Sanitary Sewer, and Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Design.
• Managing multiple projects and workload with competing deadlines.
• Quality Control.
• Regulatory agency permitting.
• Proposal scope and budget preparation.
• Financial Management including invoice preparation and accounts receivable.
• Project Scheduling.
• Client management.
• Mentoring and training staff.
• Other project duties as assigned.
