Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of related experience, EIT required.
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.
Responsibilities
- Review zoning/land development ordinances and agency regulations.
- Lead due diligence, site investigations, and coordination with agencies.
- Prepare concept drawings and coordinate with AutoCAD draftsmen.
- Design stormwater systems, grading and earthwork analysis.
- Develop utility system designs and construct cost estimates.
