Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years civil engineering experience.
• Experience in land development.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical accuracy and documentation on plans, reports, and design documents.
• Develop design tasks including grading and drainage with value engineering.
• Coordinate utility research, respond to outside agencies, and perform site visits.
• Maintain quality control for all project documents.
• Develop project schedules and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, schedules, and change orders.
• Financial management including invoices and profitability.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical training.
• Manage client communications and status updates.
