Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex civil/site land development projects from planning through delivery. You’ll oversee schedules, budgets, staffing, quality, and client relationships, mentoring Project Managers and junior staff while driving growth in the region.

This role targets a licensed PE with deep local development process knowledge, balancing technical excellence with leadership to deliver high-quality projects and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of civil/site land development experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading and site development designs.
• Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules and capital cost budgets.
• Identify project team, work packages, tasks, and manpower requirements.
• Ensure quality control/quality assurance on all projects.
• Oversee work and productivity on assigned projects.
• Aim for profit, productivity and schedule targets; support business development.
