Thomas & Hutton is seeking an experienced civil engineer to lead civil site development projects for residential and private sector clients in the Southeast. You will manage scopes, schedules, and budgets, prepare construction drawings for water, sewer, and drainage, and mentor project teams while collaborating with multidisciplinary groups.

Qualifications

• Requires PE license and Civil Engineering degree.
• Minimum 6+ years in civil engineering design and project management.
• Experience in residential site design for private clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil site development projects for residential/private clients.
• Develop construction drawings for water, sewer, and drainage.
• Plan scopes, schedules, budgets and ensure delivery.
• Lead proposals and fee development.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Support project execution and business development at sites.
